The owner Harry’s relationship with food didn't begin in a professional culinary school, but from a deep love for authentic flavors. For years, his home kitchen was his sanctuary. Working as a mathematician, his mind was constantly escaping into recipes, grilling techniques, and the pursuit of the purest ingredients.
That passion was far too big to remain just a evening hobby. Leaving his previous career behind, he put on his apron and devoted himself entirely to his dream: creating a place where good food is treated with respect and passion, welcoming every guest as if they were right at home.
This journey came to life in May 2024,when the restaurant opened its doors for the very first time. Since then, Harry is at the restaurant daily, taking care of every single detail. Every dish that leaves the kitchen carries the same energy, devotion, and restless spirit that drove him to turn his passion into a way of life.
